كيف تحذف بياناتك

  1. راسلنا على dropshiparabic@gmail.com من الإيميل أو رقم الجوال المسجّل في حسابك، واكتب «حذف حسابي».
  2. نأكد طلبك ونحذف حسابك، معلومات نشاطك، المحادثات، ورموز الوصول المرتبطة بواتساب خلال ٣٠ يوم.
  3. يوصلك تأكيد بعد ما يكتمل الحذف.

فصل واتساب فقط

تقدر تفصل رقمك عن لبّيه في أي وقت من «إعدادات الأعمال» في Meta ← الحسابات ← حسابات واتساب ← الشركاء، وتشيل لبّيه. بعدها نوقف الرد ونحذف رمز الوصول.

How to delete your data

  1. Email dropshiparabic@gmail.com from the email address or phone number registered on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
  2. We confirm the request and delete your account, business information, conversations and WhatsApp access tokens within 30 days.
  3. You receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.

Disconnecting WhatsApp only

You can disconnect your number from Labeh at any time in Meta Business Settings → Accounts → WhatsApp accounts → Partners, by removing Labeh. We then stop replying and delete the access token.
