من نحن
لبّيه خدمة تساعد أصحاب الأنشطة التجارية على الرد على عملائهم في واتساب باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، عبر منصة واتساب للأعمال الرسمية من Meta.
البيانات اللي نجمعها
- بيانات حسابك: الإيميل، الاسم، رقم الجوال، وكلمة المرور (مشفّرة).
- معلومات نشاطك اللي تعطينا إياها: المنتجات، الأسعار، الدوام، التوصيل، والصور.
- عند ربط رقم واتساب: معرّف حساب واتساب للأعمال، معرّف الرقم، ورمز وصول تصدره Meta.
- رسائل عملائك مع نشاطك (نصوص، صور، رسائل صوتية) وأرقامهم وأسماؤهم الظاهرة في واتساب.
- مفاتيح بوابات الدفع (ميسّر أو تاب) إذا ربطتها، وتُحفظ مشفّرة.
كيف نستخدمها
نستخدم البيانات فقط لتشغيل الخدمة: كتابة الردود على عملائك، تحويل المحادثة لك عند الحاجة، إنشاء روابط الدفع، وعرض المحادثات في لوحتك. ما نبيع بياناتك، وما نستخدمها للإعلانات.
مع مين نشاركها
- Meta (منصة واتساب للأعمال) لإرسال واستقبال الرسائل.
- مزوّدي الذكاء الاصطناعي (Anthropic و Google) لكتابة الردود وتفريغ الرسائل الصوتية. ما يستخدمون بيانات واجهتهم البرمجية لتدريب نماذجهم.
- بوابة الدفع اللي تختارها (ميسّر أو تاب) عند إنشاء رابط دفع.
التخزين والحماية
البيانات محفوظة على خوادم مؤمّنة، والاتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، والمفاتيح الحساسة مشفّرة. نحتفظ بالبيانات طول ما حسابك فعّال، ونحذفها خلال ٣٠ يوم من طلب الحذف.
حقوقك
تقدر تطلب نسخة من بياناتك، تعدّلها، أو تحذفها في أي وقت. شوف صفحة حذف البيانات أو راسلنا على dropshiparabic@gmail.com.

Who we are
Labeh is a service that helps businesses answer their customers on WhatsApp with AI, using Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform.
Data we collect
- Account data: email, name, phone number and password (hashed).
- Business information you give us: products, prices, opening hours, delivery details and photos.
- When you connect a WhatsApp number: your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID and an access token issued by Meta.
- Messages between your customers and your business (text, images, voice notes), and their phone numbers and WhatsApp profile names.
- Payment gateway keys (Moyasar or Tap) if you connect one, stored encrypted.
How we use it
Only to run the service: writing replies to your customers, handing conversations to you when needed, creating payment links, and showing conversations in your dashboard. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), to send and receive messages.
- AI providers (Anthropic and Google), to write replies and transcribe voice notes. They do not train their models on API data.
- The payment gateway you choose (Moyasar or Tap), when a payment link is created.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers, all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), and sensitive keys are encrypted at rest. We keep data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of a deletion request.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time. See the data deletion page or email dropshiparabic@gmail.com.
